One of the world’s biggest fishing fleets -Spain- is bypassing internationally agreed fishing restrictions of BigEye tuna by also conducting its operations in the Gulf of Guinea under different flags specially, Curacao, Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala and Panama, all that under a perfectly legal shield.
